Happy First Sunday!
How was service? I want to believe you went to Church today. Could be Mosque... Could be ....
All that matters is you went. So, how was it? Hope you connected with the divine. I did. I still do. Afterall, that's the essence. Yes, we connect with fellow worshippers, too.
So, since this is a Sunday, it's perfectly appropriate to speak on the Spiritual level. Plus Fun! Spirit is actually fun filled!
"In the presence of God, there is fullness of Joy."
See? Let's move on with style. The year is fresh, considering the fact that, after today, we still have full 360 days to make things happen. Best time to start putting more effort. Time to strive harder. Labour Unceasingly. Work like hell.
Right?
Wrong!
There was this time I was strolling with a friend of mine. There were these men digging ditches by the side of the road. I looked at them with their hard, sweating bodies and chiselled abs tanned from long exposure to the Sun. I've noticed this among those moulding bricks, too. When, I decided to comment, what stumbled out of my mouth was,
How are you warming up to the new year? You know, I can smell Good Goodies already, if you know what I mean. I'm sure you can too.
Today, I want us to address something I've noticed a lot about the human race. It's usually in our relationships. I don't have to remind you that relationships are vital to our success in life. Maybe it's just me, but I tend to be very cozy... until I grow cold- for the right reasons. But that's another story.
Let's proceed!
Humans are imperfect. Humans are so imperfect they don't get themselves. How can you expect such species to understand one another then? Gosh, humans just don't get it. Sometimes I wonder why I still love them. Wait, I'm one of them!
We mess up, with ourselves and those close to us. I don't know who said, " To Err is human, To Forgive is divine." Dude must be a great sinner. But see, he got it perfectly well. WE ALL MESS UP.
An acquiantance of mine and colleague posted something that lifted my fingers:
Happy new year ... Why happy ?
1- This is not our new year ..
We are Muslims .
2- I m getting old .. Why happy ?
3- I got near death .. Why happy ?
4- I spent whole year in sins ..why happy ?
5- millions of our Muslims in Afghanistan ,Iraq ,Syria ,Somalia etc ... Why happy ?
6- I didn't do anything for them .. Why happy ?
Brothers, use your brain and act like a Muslim

Have you taken the time to wonder about life and it's counterpart, death? I have, a lot of times. Sometimes, due to circumstances directly calling for reflections, like death of loved ones. Other times, it might just be a free thought.
It's undeniable- Death is real, and we can't escape it.
Someone once said,
VOX POPULI...That Latin phrase has been for, what, how long? Well, long enough to have become, in itself, a force to reckon with. A good many of people all around the globe have been elevated because of it. Multitudes have been depressed through it too. Legions have been saved, and Battalions have died. The truth is, it never ends; which is the reason why we must be on the good side. How? Let's see:
First, VOX POPULI means The Voice of the People. Quite Natural, uh? Well, here is the catch. As you can see, that is just a phrase. So what is the correct sentence in which it has been so popularly placed, to give it that power mentioned in the first paragraph? TAKE A LOOK:
He wouldn't have any of that. As far as he is concerned...
I'm choosing my birthday, May 28th, to write on an issue that has been, is being, and would be discussed numerous times. Just that, in this case, I shall be objective and touching a lot of aspects.Yeah, there are three main groups of thoughts on the issue;
THEISM, which is the belief in God;
ATHEISM, which doesn't believe in God;
AGNOSTISM, which isn't sure if there is or isn't.
the Atheists. And the defendants? The Believers.
The case was quite simple: The Believers have days to celebrate.
Christmas, Eid Kabir, Easter and the likes. But the Atheists had none!
The Judge was well advanced in age, wisdom, and experience. After
properly examining the matter, he declared the case dismissed!
Jesus was condemned to death . At the time
Crucifixion was the"worst" death.
Only the worst Criminals were condemned to be
crucified.
Yet it was Even more dreadful for Jesus,
unlike Other criminals condemned to death
by Crucifixion Jesus was to be nailed to the Cross
by His hands and feet.
Each nail Was 6 to 8 inches long.
