Tribal Marks on a baby. Funny Pictures.Aloha, Amigos!
How has the day been? Here, so far so good. A friend loves saying it is not how far, but how well. Hmmm... I like that. I can say today has been great. The waking up was miraculous, as usual. But then, there was nothing noticeably unusual. So, I just got ready for work, off I went.
It was in office that the honey started dripping on my bread (Or what else could honey drip on, that would make sense?). Anyway, it so happens that I was able to do something I had never done before, something others had tried and failed at. And it started with me refusing to be intimidated. Self-Esteem helped me leave a mark.
Now talking about Marks, I was on Facebook yesterday, when I saw a post about Tribal marks. Not that such posts are new, but the illustration really amused me. The comments too really cracked me up. Human beings are infinitely funny creatures.
Aloha, Amigo!
Happy Sunday. How was service? I want to believe you went to serve God today. Church, Mosque... Whatever... I just trust you went SOMEWHERE. You know, the intention is also a strong thing before God. Building on a good intention matters a lot. There are many times when actions could be judged by the intentions.
Speaking of Intentions, It makes me wonder what would move a hotel to opt for human meats in favour of nice beef, Chicken laps, or even pork. Me, I dey chop pork o! This days, I don't eat pork. But that is just because no good person is offering me a piece. (Note: I said good person. Not those wey go dey bring meat for inside your dream. Tufiakwa! God forbid!)
Anyway, back to the matter. So Osun Defender apparently reported that Police in Onitsha arrested 11 people suspected to be connected with this case, when 2 fresh human heads were discovered inside a hotel (Whose name has been withheld) close to one popular market in Anambra state, Nigeria. You probably know the market; Ose-Okwodu Market.
The police were apparently tipped off by residents in the area, who must have been suspicious. One trader was reported to have noticed different kind of people entering the hotel. I'm talking of awon eru iku o. (Deadly psychos)
When the police entered, ehn, see wetin dem see:
Aloha, Amigo!
How has the day been going? It is going on well around here. The day has been fun, and I am enjoying it as full as someone can at work. You know the fun at work and The fun off work are on different levels. Anyway, we are pulling as much of it as we can. Who says work can't be fun? Oh, that might be Piers Morgan of Piers Morgan Live, CNN. On Tuesday, when Piers Morgan aired his interview with Janet Mock on Piers Morgan Live on CNN, I was shocked. Let me update you.

Janet Mock is a trans woman, a male transgender that surgically altered his body, so as to 'become' a female. Janet Mock became a public figure when she appeared in an article in Marie Claire, where she graced the cover page in 2011. The article title was "I Was Born a Boy." Naturally, that would generate a new wave of readership for the magazine.
Aloha, Amigo! How has it been? About here, All I can say is that there is water in my eyes. Sleepy things. Anyway, the day is a bit of a blend of both the dark and the light. Trust me, I relate with the light.
Talking of, did you hear of that girl that got burnt today by her very own Apple iPhone 5c. Ouch! So, this was how it went down. This young middle school student, an eight grader aged 14, in Kennebunk got the phone as a gift from her mother. Wow! Nice one, mom!
Now, she wasn't actually showing off at that time that day, because the phone was kept 'safe' in her pocket. Suddenly, the smoke started, right inside her pocket. Lol, if it was in Africa and I was there, I would first say, "Na juju tinz." (It's Magic). Anyway, we are talking Kennebunk. Not that they wouldn't have some magics, but let's face it, The days of The Pendragons of Camelot are past.
Aloha, Amigo!
How has the day been? I'm feeling great here. Actually, I invested a lot into something, and i can see it paying off. I love it! You probably want to hear about my bike incidents. Well, after the two wounds on my knees, I've been luckier. The next day, it was to my right foot, but thank God it was light.
This evening, okada man(biker) that carried me just bought sukudai, one crazy drink these hausas sell. I looked at his face; Oh boy, I fit follow dis one go so? Anyway, I went and alighted safely. Thank God for me ni o; don't insult me. In fact, don't insult me at all.
Why? I now have the Government's backing. Well, soon I should. Haven't you heard? The Government is punishing those who insult people online. That is, some dudes could actually be at risk of up to five good(I should better change that to 'bad') years in jail. Yeee!!! Look at you; the constitution is already in the house of representatives, pending.
Some others would have to pay a fine of N10m. That is close to $65,000. Yes o! 65 grands for insulting that other guy ni o. Anyway, that's not all. Some might be so unlucky as to be asked to do both. As Jelili would say, "Mejeeji (Both)".
Here is how Punch Nigeria delivered it,
Aloha, Amigo!
How did yesterday go? It was fun from here. Later in the evening I was caught singing and dancing corybantically. You know, when you look back at series of happy events, you tend to be unable to contain it. That was how it was yesterday.
The same couldn't be said of Sochi, though. You know Sochi, in Russia, where this year's Olympics games would be held. The thing was, these two guys, handsome too, actually made a video of themselves. There possibly was a third guy filming, of course. Unless they balanced the camera on a kind of stand.
These two guys actually claimed they were behind the recent bombing in Volgograd. That building they bombed, was that not a church? Well, it looks like one. Now, add that to the fact that their website was described as a "Jihadi Website" on CNN. These days, Jihad is starting to be equivalent to Terrorism. True!
Now, these guys advised (I don't the word "threatened," but that's what they actually did!) that we should all be prepared, as they would be adding their own version of fireworks at the Sochi Olympics. BOMB!!!
Aloha, Amigo!
How has the week been? I was here in spirit on Sunday. I think you got the hint. So, I'm going to tell you of how mixed my feelings was yesterday. Don't pity me. You can even laugh now. Anyway, he who laughs last...
Let me start by saying I'm a Manchester United Fan. Yes, laugh! Chelsea really handed it to us. No, they chocked it down our throat. 3-1! And who scored? My own Samuel Fils Eto'o! If only the fish knew the water it swims in would be the one to boil him...
And I supported you, Eto'o. Why? Why?
However, Just like a compensation (I would take that, thanks.), My Country Team, The Super Eagles of Nigeria trashed the Bafana Bafana of South Africa, 3-1! Yeahhhhhhhh!!! It was also played around the same time.
Coincidence? Who cares? God has his ways of putting smiles on the faces of his people.
Turns out Manchester United isn't the only "Greaty" to face such fate. Our own Serena Williams and Sharapova were actually ousted from the Australia Open contest. By the officials? No, they were thown out by some other beautiful ladies whose names I can't remember. Talk about Turn-Around.
